Free Training Day Mid-Atlantic Returns for Third Annual Event, Building Community Through Martial Arts

Boothwyn, PA — August 31, 2025 — Free Training Day Mid-Atlantic, the region’s premier no-cost martial arts event, is set to return for its third annual gathering in 2025. The family-friendly event brings together martial artists of all ages, ranks, and styles for a full day of training, connection, and community building.

In just two years, Free Training Day Mid-Atlantic has made history. The inaugural 2023 event set a first-year attendance record across all Free Training Day locations. In 2024, the event broke its own record, setting both a second-year attendance record and a year-over-year attendance growth record.

This year’s event continues that momentum, offering participants a rare chance to train with diverse instructors and partners in an environment rooted in respect and collaboration. Families who train together will find opportunities to strengthen bonds, while all attendees can expect to experience martial arts as a tool for personal growth, character development, and lifelong friendship.

“Free Training Day Mid-Atlantic isn’t just about martial arts—it’s about building stronger people and a stronger community,” said Jenni Nather, event organizer. “We’re proud to provide a space where everyone can come together, try new arts, and support the next generation, leaving martial arts better than we found it.”

Sponsors have also noted the event’s growing impact. “We are honored to support an event that brings so many people together,” said Delco Axe House of Broomall, PA. “The impact of Free Training Day reaches far beyond one day — it strengthens our entire community.”

Additional event partners for Free Training Day Mid-Atlantic 2025 include: A Flick of the Wrist Splatter & Paint, Broomall, PA; 2SP Brewing Company, Aston, PA; J+J Designs, Wilmington, DE; J.
